My First Post ...

YA! that is me! and my very very lovingly girl friend... Thanks to the photographer Freaky from ShutterAsia.com.

This blog is all about writing a story without a bunch of wordss! WHY?BECAUSE.... I'm not good in writing story, seriously (i'm used to writing technical reports, guess what am i studying?haha), but i believed that a story can be chained by photos, a photo is equal to a thousand words to me, when you show a photo to somebody, will they use just only a word to express all their feelings towards the picture? maybe you'll think that can be done by an expert photographer, actually it is not, my friend. These feelings come from you own heart, what you have took is what you're trying to express.

What camera am i using...hmm...
A Canon EOS 350d with the kit lens, a 50mm f1.8 that bought it recently...that's it! no more....


My photographing tools are pretty cheap and low graded, WHY AGAIN?!my friends always ask that, i am lazy to tell them the story, but i will post it here first and the last time!Previously, i was a film photographer 5 years ago, the reason that i stopped it is because of the price of the film and other stuff. It is really a nightmare to buy an ISO800 every 3 days, 6 Energizer AA battery each week for the flash light, just as a hobbyist. So i decided to stop it, of course i got other personal reasons but it still stands in the minor part.

I'm using DSLR now is because i want to replace the films' so called one time storage by using a DSLR's CF, this saves me a lot of money even though the quality is inferior compared to film. Somemore, my flash light is broken. XD But my intention is based on my passion for recording feelings more than the quality of the visual enjoyment.

And... I really don't care much about the quality of the lens cause most of the people said that certain kind of shooting need certain kind of lens then only can show the perfection. What i'm thinking of all the time is, lenses are just a tool that controlled by each individual, but i must admit that good lens can get a good quality of picture, and how about idea? You can make changes by yourself. Walking forwards a bit, tilt your head a bit, and voila! you'll get the shot you want. Lens doesn't have to be fancy to produce originality.

I think this is my longest and also the last of post which contained so much of words since my blog is a photo based.
